Quality Control

At Goldfingers, we establish a comprehensive and effective quality control system with qualified inspection staff and professional equipment.

1. Strict Incoming Quality control for all raw materials and semi-finished products.

2. 3kg tension test and 5000 times cycling bending test for cord materials; Over 6000 times plug test for the micro USB and 3.5mm AUX; the copper-clad aluminum wire voice coil must pass 72 hours life test.

3. 48-hour salt-spray test for metal materials.

4. Abrasion test for structure components and 100 times alcohol test for all silk printing surface.

5. In the process of assembly,IPQC will check all equipment, working stations in accordance with the SIP operation, and examine all processes every 2 hours to avoid defects.

6. Sampling inspection for products and packaging before shipment, including drop test, vibration test, 48-hour high temperature and low temperature test.
