Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per model for OEM orders with custom logo. For fully custom ODM projects with new tooling and industrial design, the MOQ typically starts at 1,000 to 3,000 pieces depending on the product category and customization depth. Mixed-model orders can be discussed case by case to help new brands start with a lower total investment.
Sampling lead time is normally 7 to 15 working days for logo and packaging customization on existing models. For full ODM projects requiring new molds, structural design and acoustic tuning, sampling takes about 25 to 40 working days. Sample cost is usually refundable or deductible from the bulk order once it is confirmed.
Standard production lead time is 25 to 35 days after receipt of deposit and confirmation of all artwork, packaging and samples. For peak season orders (typically August to November), we recommend placing orders at least 45 to 60 days before your target shipment date. Partial shipment arrangements can be made for large volume orders.
Our products are designed to comply with CE, FCC and RoHS requirements for the EU and US markets. Bluetooth products can be submitted for BQB (Bluetooth Qualification Body) certification to obtain a valid Bluetooth Declaration ID. We can also support other regional certifications such as UKCA, REACH, and Japan TELEC upon request. Certification cost and timeline depend on the target market and are quoted separately.
We offer full customization including custom logo printing on the product and packaging, custom retail gift box design and structure, custom colorways and surface finishes, custom firmware features such as voice prompts and language packs, acoustic tuning to match your target sound signature, and custom Bluetooth naming. Private-label manufacturing with your own brand is fully supported, and we do not display our logo on customized products.
Hybrid ANC combines feed-forward (FF) and feedback (FB) microphones in a dual-feed configuration. The FF microphone catches ambient noise outside the earbud, while the FB microphone detects residual noise inside the ear canal. Our hybrid ANC models achieve -30dB to -35dB effective noise cancellation, which is sufficient to suppress low-frequency environmental noise such as airplane engines, air conditioning, traffic and office background noise.
Yes. All OEM and ODM orders are produced as your private label. Your brand logo appears on the product, retail packaging, user manual and carton. Our own brand and factory information are not printed on customized products or retail packaging, and we sign non-disclosure agreements to protect your design and brand assets.
Our factory is located at Room 301, Building B, Xinghaiyang Factory, No. 112 Xinghua Road North, Xingwei Community, Fuyong Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. The facility covers 7,000 square meters with more than 500 employees. We warmly welcome customer visits and factory audits, including third-party inspections.
